Compressing medtech time to market

Where innovators meet operational conviction

We take regulated medtech from idea to cleared product — 3–5× faster — by compressing every discipline through one AI-native engine: Chrysalis.

Built for industry, innovators, startups & sponsors. Find your path:

14+
Products engineered, in 24 months
3–5×
Faster than typical 4–7-year device timelines
12+
Disciplines, in scalable pods
Engineered to ISO 13485 IEC 60601 FDA 510(k) / De Novo CDSCO

What we do

The path from breakthrough idea to product is too slow, fragmented, and expensive.

That engine has a name — Chrysalis, our AI-native platform that compresses the path, so regulated medtech products reach the people who need them sooner.

It's more than the idea. Chrysalis is the transformation that distills every variable a product must satisfy — from market need to a cleared, manufacturable device — into one product. The path runs in four phases:

Industry · US partner

A US device company, engineered in India

A US surgical-device company needed a laparoscopic ligation device at a cost imported staplers can't touch — US market, India build. Chrysalis designed a single-device 5 mm/10 mm system to Class C and mapped freedom-to-operate against the incumbents' IP.

CDSCO pathway filed · targeting ~80% lower per-procedure cost

Innovator · Clinician

Designed by the surgeon who needed it

A practicing cardiac surgeon knew hypothermia kills in trauma and surgery, yet imported inline warmers price Indian trauma centres out. Chrysalis engineered an inline warmer taking 4°C blood to 37°C in a two-minute prime, with a low-cost single-use cassette, to IEC 60601 and Class B.

Validated prototype · grant-funded · ~80% lower cost · IP retained by the innovator

Innovator · Clinician

Fertility expertise, engineered into a product

OB/GYN clinicians wanted a less-traumatic, outpatient alternative to invasive PCOS surgery for the tens of millions of women affected. Chrysalis engineered a transvaginal RF-ablation device (single-use, Class C) to IEC 60601-2-2 and the CDSCO pathway, with safety-margin tuning and clinician training.

MVP · CDSCO manufacturing licence drafted · a fraction of open-surgery cost · IP held by the clinician-led company

Industry · Connected care

Hospital-grade monitoring, domestically priced

A health-devices partner needed continuous patient monitoring for India's hospital-at-home shift, where imported vital patches cost many times the domestic target. Chrysalis engineered a reusable multi-vital patch (ECG, HR, respiration, temperature, fall) on BLE 5.3 to clinical-grade accuracy, Class B, with a companion app and clinician dashboard.

MVP · reusable form factor · up to ~90% lower per-patient cost
